Unconsciously we know everything our ancestors experienced, that’s why until conscious recognition, we continuously re-edit the events that were traumatic for them. All those traumas gave them countless splits (meant to help them survive those traumas but move on as if nothing had happened), which no one remembered, although the following did retreat as in a carousel, until we, those who decided to find out and stay in the truth.
In fact, the most valuable asset that we, as adults, can leave to our children, grandchildren and all our descendants is the gift of self-work and a clean conscience and a behavior aligned with it – the models we want to see in front of us.
